LK Bodywear – The Originator of the Built-In-Bra Her claim-to-fame may be as the creator of the built-in-bra, but Philadelphia’s very own Laura Karin Waitze is enjoying success well beyond the Philly boundaries. Waitze’s sportswear line is both functional, fashionable, and affordable. Trian is actually the same material used by the Hind company to make clothing for cyclists. Trian is unique in that it is built to withstand the natural elements. Winning Comfort appealed to Waitze because it uses a special weave that “whisks away moisture from your body so that you don’t have to exercise in damp clothing.” Drawing from Norma Kamali’s designs as her inspiration, Waitze created her line of “fashionable workout clothing for the active woman” that includes adorable hooded zipper jackets and sexy hot shorts.
